I am a licensed professional counselor and supervisor in Missouri, where I have been practicing for 7 years. In that time I have worked with individuals of all ages. I believe I work best with adolescents and adults, 13 and up who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions or want to explore their identity including those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether it's your first time in therapy (welcome), or you have been before (welcome back), we all have things we want to work on and finding a good match in a therapist is important. You are the expert of your life, and I enjoy learning about each of my clients, and watching them meet their goals and live a happier more fulfilled life while empowering them to be their authentic self.
